In this blog post we are going to understand what is freedom , Freedom from Suffering and how to attain freedom. I am explaining it in simple words so that everybody can understand it .
In simple words, it means the absence of bondages. We humans have many bondages like pain , pleasure, what other will say ? , own imagination. We all want freedom from these bondages. This freedom is our purpose of the birth.

Buddha witnessed that there is suffering in this samsara and so he discovered ways to get rid of it . Not only Buddha but we all witness suffering in life and so we try to get rid of it.
I want to tell you a secret!
There is no suffering. Suffering is the biggest illusion you can have . Yes it is right.
But we witness pain everyday, isn't it? Yes, it's true. There is pain but there is no suffering. For suffering to exist , there must be a "self" to suffer. But , what I want to tell you that there is no such entity as "self". You are not a person but you are life itself. Drop this idea of "self" now!
Many people are seeking Enlightenment but it is a realisation that there is No-one to attain it. Yes, there is No-one, utter silence, emptiness, nothingness.
When a person drops his or her this identity called "self" then he or she attains bliss which is his or her real nature.
You seek happiness outside but it's your very own being. It's your true nature. Never an inch seperated from you.
Spirituality is the journey from periphery to the centre of your own being. Periphery is the external world and you are the centre.
True freedom is achieved when both pain and pleasure don't touch you. Infact nothing affects your State of being. This is the true freedom. This can be realised only by dropping this illusionary entity called "self".
This freedom is Bliss. This is Mukti , Nirvana, Moksha or Enlightenment.
